When I started my real estate business over from DFW to the Houston area in 2008,  I wanted to be something different in real estate- no begging for business  but rather establishing relationships with my clients and impacting the community in a positive way.  I didn’t want to be a salesperson but rather a Real Estate Professional.  To meet my goal I began obtaining certifications and giving back to the community.  In the years that followed my business grew by leaps and bounds as more and more clients appreciated my knowledge and experience- evident by my reviews and referrals.  In 2013,  I formed the Monica Foster Team to better support my clients.  By 2016 we became the #1 team in Greater Clear Lake and in the top 5 of all small teams in Houston. From 2017-2019 we ranked in REAL Trends “The Thousand” placing in the top 1000 of all teams in the U.S. most recently ranking #14 for transactions and ranking #1 in Texas for volume and transactions (all in the small team category).  We would love to have you as our next client.

In 2013, I was a guest on a couple of real estate radio shows including the renowned “Real Estate Rat Pack” and wrote my first book “What to Know Before Buying or Selling a Home in Clear Lake, TX”.  That same year it became evident that I could not any more personally for my business and community so  I  formed the team to better help the increasing number of clients I was receiving from my extremely satisfied referral network.  By adding valuable realtor assets to my team I am able to continue the same high level of personal service that my clients have come to expect from me.  The result was that I was awarded the Diamond Club award for 2014 production, the highest yearly  award, some six and half years after starting my business over in Clear Lake.  In 2015, I was finally able to support one of my educational charities in a big way as a primary sponsor of the Communities in Schools Bay Area Keep Kids in School Golf  Tournament.  In addition, I was chosen for “Who’s Who in Houston Real Estate” by Houston Agent Magazine.  I am committed to being more than just your Realtor®- my goal is to be your friend and real estate consultant for life.

Gretchel SmithI believe my success in the real estate business can be attributed to so many things. The Monica Foster Team again made it into Real Trends The Thousand for the second time in a row out of 1.3 million agents. This time they created different categories so the team placed #14 for small teams in the U.S. and #1 in TX for small teams for transactions (323) and volume (92 million).

The Monica Foster Team made it into Real Trends The Thousand for the second time in a row out of 1.3 million agents. The team was ranked #206 for transactions and again was the only team in our area to make the list.

NAHREP #4 – 2018

The Monica Foster Team was recognized as the #4 team out of all Hispanic Realtors by the National Association of Hispanc Real Estate Professionals for for 2018 (awarded in 2019).

HBJ #4/#5 – 2018

The Monica Foster Team made it to the #4 spot for transactions (352) and #5 for volume (92 million) out of all small teams (under 10 agents) in all of Greater Houston as determined by the Houston Business Journal for 2018 (awarded in 2019).

Circle of Legends

The Monica Foster Team earned the coveted Circle of Legends award in August 2018 for earning 10 million in commissions while at our previous brokerage. Only a handful in the area have ever reached this level and the team has done it faster than anyone even without taking into consideration that only 10 out of 14 years (4 as individual in Dallas) saw any significant production after starting over in Houston in 2008. This is a testament to the team and our clients over the years as the team has reached new heights of production while maintaining the highest review ratings in the area.

The Monica Foster Team made it to the #235 spot for transactions on the Real Trends The Thousand for 2017,a ranking of the top 250 teams and individuals by volume and transactions in the U.S. out of 1.25 million agents. We were the first team or individual in our greater service area to EVER make the list.

The Monica Foster Team made it to the #5 spot for transactions (322) and #6 for volume (81 million) out of all small teams (under 10 agents) in all of Greater Houston as determined by the Houston Business Journal for 2017. While we ranked higher last year for volume this was much higher, the highest to date and higher than anyone in our greater service area EVER.
